- The salesperson should put the merchandise to the buyer's disposition, in the point of designated destiny, without being disentangled for import and without unloading of the vehicle transporter.
- The salesperson assumes all of the expenses and risks involved until the delivery of the merchandise in the place of designated destiny, except as for the import ease.
- It falls to the buyer the payment of rights, imposed and other official responsibilities because of the import.
- This term can be used for any transport modality.
