EXW - EX WORKS

- The merchandise is put to the buyer's disposition in the salesperson's establishment, or in another nominated place (factory, grocery store, etc.), no free for export and no loaded in any vehicle collector.

- This term represents minimum obligation for the salesperson.

- The buyer arches with all of the costs and risks involved in removing the merchandise of the salesperson's establishment.

- Since the Contract of Purchase and Sale contains explicit clause to I respect, the risks and involved costs and the shipment of the merchandise in the exit, they can belong to the salesperson.

- EXW should not be used the buyer cannot take the responsibility, direct or indirectly, for the export formalities.

- This term can be used in any transport modality.
