FAS - Free Along Ship

- The salesperson contains their obligations when the merchandise is put beside the ship transporter, in the wharf or in embarkations used for shipment, in the port of designated embarkment.

- Starting from that moment, the buyer assumes all of the risks and costs with shipment, freight payment and safe and other expenses.

- The salesperson is responsible for the ease of the merchandise for export.

- This term can only be used for transport aquaviário (marine fluvial or lacustrine).
