FOB - Free on Board

- The salesperson contains their obligations when the merchandise transposes the main rail of the ship (ships rail) in the port of suitable embarkment and, starting from that moment, the buyer assumes all of the responsibilities as to losses and damages.

- The delivery exhausts on board of the ship designated by the buyer, when all of the expenses start to run due to the buyer.

- The salesperson is the responsible for the ease of the merchandise for export.

- This term can be used exclusively in the transport aquaviário (marine, fluvial or lacustrine).
