composition
Most
of the people that it drinks coffee daily ignores which
are the substances that are present in the coffee and

niacina (vitamin B3, PP or "Pelagra Preventing"

components, the acids clorogênicos, in the proportion
from 7 to 10%, that is, 3 to 5 times more than the caffeine.
But just the caffeine is termoestável, that is,
it is not destroyed with the excessive coffee-roasting
house. The other substances, as amino acids, sugars,
lipídeos, niacina and the acids clorogênicos,
are preserved, formed or even destroyed during the process

The
